Zestoriaa Landscaping provides professional landscape design, installation, maintenance, and related outdoor services. All work is performed according to industry best practices, local regulations, and our established quality standards. Service specifications are detailed in individual project contracts.

Consultation and Estimates

Initial consultations may be provided at no charge for qualified projects. Detailed design work requires a signed agreement and deposit. All estimates are valid for 45 days unless otherwise specified. Project scope changes require written approval and may affect pricing and timelines.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment terms are specified in individual service contracts. Generally, projects require a deposit upon contract signing with progress payments for larger installations. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval. We accept various payment methods including check, credit card, and electronic transfer.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

All landscape designs, plans, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Zestoriaa Landscaping. Clients receive usage rights for their specific property but may not reproduce or distribute designs for other purposes without written permission.

Professional Standards and Insurance

Zestoriaa Landscaping maintains all required business licenses, professional certifications, and comprehensive insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation. License and insurance documentation is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication and good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with Oregon state laws.
